The ratings measure a team’s performance in the Four Factors on a game-by-game basis, relative to the strength of their opponent in that game. For example: if the opposing team normally allows an eFG% of 54.0%, but the team only puts up a mark of 52.0%, they are listed at -2.0 in the eFG% column.
